The genie company acquired Future IT

The Genie company purchased Future IT, its subsidiary, for $250,000. The purchase was approved at the end of the week by the district court in Petah Tikva, and ten Future IT employees will join the 70 Gini employees.

Gini, which is also a subsidiary of the accountants firm Brit Piquh, operates mainly in the kibbutzim and moshavim sector. As part of the transaction, it acquired all of Future IT's assets, including the EZManage software, the development code, the company's activities and the rights to use its commercial names. Future IT is behind the development of EZ-Manage-SQL - software that enables central management of the rule Microsoft SQL Servers The organization has one central management station, as well as fast backup and recovery, a DRP solution, uploading compressed backups that allow considerable savings in storage space, improved monitoring and more. The company has sold more than 1,500 servers in Israel and around the world, and its customers include organizations from various sectors, including Teva, Bank Hapoalim, Visa KAL, Amdocs, Makhteshim Agan, Zim and the Port of Ashdod.
